DEDICATE A CHAIR IN THE HONOR OR MEMORY OF SOMEONE SPECIAL!
Show your love for someone who is special in your life by dedicating a chair through St. Marys Little Theatre. We have our new chairs in place at Theatre by the Trax (thanks to Kings Bay Chapel), and will be posting brass-style plaques on the back of each chair bearing the name of someone who is to be honored. This would make a great gift for parents, husband, wife, children, sweethearts—or a special friend. It would also be a nice gesture to commemorate someone who has gone before you who you’d like to honor and whose memory you would like to keep alive. Chair sponsorships are $100 each. All you need to do is make check payable to St. Marys Little Theatre and mail to St. Marys Little Theatre Board Member Joyce Bason at 128 Chelsea Place, St. Marys, GA 31558, and include the desired inscription.

Man of La Mancha
St. Marys Little Theatre’s premiere production, Man of La Mancha, left an indelible mark on our community.
For four nights and one matinee performance, 140 people from all walks of life and all ages shared this memorable experience.
They gasped as the chained staircase was lowered from above and fog shrouded a formidable inquisition captain. They chuckled as the dancing horses tapped their way across the stage, pulling Don Quixote and Sancho into their quest. Couples sought each other’s hands as Don Quixote declared his love for the ethereal Dulcinea and sighed when the Padre sang “To Each his Dulcinea.” When the fight scene broke out, they cheered the underdogs and applauded loudly upon their victory. And together they struggled to hold back tears (few succeeded) as Don Quixote and Sancho climbed the dungeon staircase while the entire cast bid them goodby with a rousing tribute of “Impossible Dream.”
Every performance was rewarded with a standing ovation—much deserved by a cast who put their whole hearts into months of preparation.
RIVER OF LIFE took us all on a journey that began in Coastal Georgia more than 2,000 years ago. Through song and dance, audiences experienced the richness of our Low Country history and learned the secrets of our past.
THE FANTASTICKS was the longest playing Broadway show in history and the St. Marys Little Theatre cast helped people understand why. Audiences delighted in the antics of quirky characters and thrilled to the memorable songs that stayed in the their heads for days.
SMLT CHRISTMAS SHOWS are nothing short of magical. Each year, a new message is planted indelibly in the hearts of audiences of all ages.
COLORBLIND opened the hearts and minds of many as the struggles of a people melded into the hopes of a nation. People were stunned by the local talent and inspired by the universal message.
FOREVER CHRISTMAS opened people's hearts and minds to the plight of a homeless girl living at the edge of a forest. With original script and music, Little Nell enchanted audiences, inspired tears, then with a happy ending, gave cause for the best Christmas celebration ever.
